1.How do I know I will get along with my carer? 

Building rapport and putting our clients first is at the heart of our service. We do everything possible to ensure we place a carer that is compatible with the clients.  Our staff undergo training and are briefed on the need of the servicer before-hand. 

2.How long will my carer stay with me? 

Our care is completely flexible. Care can be provided for long term or short term, varying from days to months and whenever you need it, for example we can step in to give family a break for when or for when they go on holiday. 

3.How much does the care cost? 

We offer a bespoke service for our clients therefore the cost is dependent on their tailored needs after an assessment. As circumstances change, we re-assess the needs and adjust charges accordingly. 

4.What if a problem arises? 

When your care services starts, you or your family will be provided with the details on how to make a complaint or how to get in contact to resolve and subject issues. We also, have a dedicated care team that makes weekly calls as part of our quality assurance were our clients can discuss any problems.
